INKIOI Magazine
I had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with Bureau Kida on the new magazine cover for Tokyo terrace garden magazine, IN KIOI. The theme of the magazine is the start of spring and the dancing cherry blossom represents the anticipation of warmer weather. Last year I visited Tokyo during the bloom of the cherry blossoms and have used this as inspiration. With these drawings I wanted to show the different transitions of bloom and the beauty it represents during these stages.
