Jacco Bunt is a Dutch visual artist based in Berlin. His work explores the dialogue between geometry, color and abstraction. He draws inspiration from architecture, still life and the visual logic of modernist movements like De Stijl. Over the years, he has collaborated on a broad range of projects, including murals, exhibitions and digital and commercial commissions. Recently, his practice has shifted toward a more intuitive and experimental process, embracing the imperfections and tensions that emerge within structure. His way of drawing and visualizing feels more intuitive and personal and is more reflective of how he wants to create going forward. Just like memories, drawings should never be identical; they shift in tone and detail, capturing something both tangible and fleeting.
